Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  How do I start?

A.  Easy, and you have the choice:
        1. Contact us by phone or email and we can discuss the best method for you, or

        2. If you are on the NSW Central Coast and surrounds, we will come to you and conduct a  Website Briefing Session.  This will take 30 minutes to an hour, during which time we will get to know your business and determine the best methods to represent you on-line, or

       3. Just send us your logo and any brochures, a description of your organisation, your products and services and we will set up a website for your approval with no obligation.  If you do not like the site we create we will not ask you to pay.  This is risk free!

Q.  How many pages can I have on my Website?

A.  We do not charge per page.  Generally we create between 6 and 10 pages for you.  However if your organisation needs more we will do more.

Q.  We do not have a logo - can you still help us?

A.  Yes.  We are able to create a logo for you which will be suitable as a header for your website.  It is also possible (and sometimes) beneficial to have a website without a banner or logo.  This can work well for sites which are designed to convey information as their primary purpose.

Q.  Can we maintain the site ourselves

A.   Yes you can.  Webinators believe that the ability to maintain your website will enhance its' effectiveness.  A single 1 hour training session is normally all it takes to have you or your staff updating your site with confidence.  However, if you wish we will tailor a low cost maintenance plan specifically for your business and needs.

Q.  Can I create a website myself for free?

A.  The short answer is, "yes you can".  Before you embark on this though, I recommend you consider it carefully.  Although the platform I use is a wonderfully advanced and user friendly piece of technology, creating a website and learning how to use the system is fairly time consuming and can be frustrating.  You would need to have at least 12 hours of uninterrupted spare time to get a moderately sized site running.  Some graphic design experience and software would also be an advantage.  You may run the risk that your site appears "amateur" or may be missing some critical elements.  The $499 to have the site created for you will be a very worthwhile investment.
